Grateful for a smooth experience
rainfall shower comfortable bed stocked minibar accessible location
The room include two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The bed felt very comfortable and I slept well during each of my seven nights. The minibar was well stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks for purchase. The location was accessible and made it easy to explore many shops.
I noticed the gym had limited hours, a slight inconvenience for my workout schedule.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit and pastries. The room contained a safe and a minibar. The front desk offered quick assistance with directions. This was very helpful.

central location spacious room
i found the hotel to be very centrally located. (close to all the main attractions). the room was spacious and very clean, a plus after a long day of sightseeing. breakfast had a good selection, though i wish there were more savory options.

the room i booked had supposed soundproofing. this claim was false. planes flew overhead constantly, beginning at 6 am. i could hear every conversation and the doors slammed loudly..

helpful staff easy access local shops
I found very helpful staff at reception and throughout the hotel! The location was AMAZING, with easy access to public transport. I also appreciated the proximity to local restaurants and shops!!!
The access to the car park was narrow for larger vehicles, so parking might be difficult.

attentive staff quiet streets luggage storage
The reception staff was attentive and helpful. The surrounding streets felt quiet, it was a real bonus. I could leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out. This was very convenient.
One of the elevators was out of order during the entire stay.
